I offer virtual individual therapy sessions aimed at providing support and guidance through evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Parts Work, Mindfulness, and Self-Care/Stress Management. My therapy is tailored to address individual needs and promote healing and well-being. Many clients I work with benefit from a blend of many modalities. We find what works best for you.

Addiction is isolating and lonely. I focus on providing personalized support to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and/or behavioral addiction (gambling, shopping, etc.). We will spend some time exploring different ways of coping and build a realistic plan for recovery. Addiction is rarely ever just addiction, once you feel stable enough to address the underlying contributing factors, we typically begin working to understand and heal what is beneath the surface. Recovery is your pace; I provide a shame-free space and will never push you further than you're ready to go. For those that benefit from Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), a referral can be provided.

Sometimes the past gets a lot of space in present time and opening up to a stranger can be intimidating. I take a gentle approach to trauma and partner with you to build skills that help you regulate in times of distress. Utilizing methods like EMDR, Parts Work, and traditional psychotherapy, we can work towards healing in a safe and empowering environment.

Many women I work with are healing from difficult or traumatic birth experiences, postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression. Let's face it, motherhood can be hard and a lot changes. Therapy can help you process and let go of what still feels heavy. Together, we’ll work to process your experiences and create a healthier balance in your life, helping you navigate the journey of self-care while caring for others.
